Winners of the (2005 -2009) Business Plan Competition are not eligible to participate in the 2010 Business Idea (Phase I) or Business Plan Competitions (Phase II).

EnterPRize defines winners as those individuals that were part of a team that received any of the grand cash ($25k, $15k, $10k) and/or in-kind prized offered in the Phase II of the Competition ("Winners"). All other previous participants are welcomed to re-submit their business ideas, hopefully after a thorough review and improvement.

To become a Participant in the EnterPRize Business Idea/Plan Competition, you must complete the following easy to follow steps:

1. Getting started

You must Register or Login whether you want to enter the Business Idea and/or the Business Plan Competition as a team with a start-up company or as an individual looking to become part of a team and further develop a business idea, the place to start is by registering or log-in into our website.

  • receive updated information on resources available

2. Download

  • Competition Kit - esigned to provide participants Guidelines and Details to the competition process as well as samples of entries to similar competitions.  It is encouraged that participants thoroughly review the Kit. 

 

  • Guidelines for Preparing your Business Idea and Executive Summary -A series of suggestions addressing the main issues that should be answered when developing your business idea/executive summary is provided as a guideline for participants. It is encouraged that participants thoroughly review and self-critique their entry before final submission.

 

In the Business Plan Competition (Phase II), semi-finalists and finalists will be required to complete additional steps, including working with a mentor, attending specialized workshops, completing the Business Plan (must be in English) and making a final presentation.

Submit your Executive Summary

Only on-line submission will be accepted for the Business Idea Competition and for the Executive Summary phase of the Business Plan Competition. After registering, you will be able to submit your business idea or executive summary until the deadline.

Important: Do not upload any other file, picture or video. The competition will only accept submissions written in the provided template.

It is required that as part of registration, you read and accept the Participant's Agreement. You will not be required to sign the document, but you must click the "Accept" button in the Registration Form before submitting your Business Idea or Executive Summary.

Confidentiality

Participants should be aware that neither organizers of the competition nor mentors, judges and sponsors of the competition will be required, nor should they be asked, to sign non-disclosure agreements. 

EnterPRize 2010 will ask all who view the business ideas and plans to abide by our Privacy Policy

Participants will be required to sign a Participant Agreement and are encouraged to be selective about what they disclose, to label plans and contents with the words “CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY” and to seek legal counsel if they have any further questions regarding the legal protection of their ideas.
