Successful business plans are ones that have the right team behind them. We encourage all participants to try to put a winning team together as soon as is practicable and team development will be an important judging critera. However, the competition recognizes it may be impractical to have the entire team in place by the time the final submission is required. In those cases, we strongly encourage participants to describe in detail what are the key skill sets, background and criteria you will use in filling the “open team positions”
There are three ways to search for team members:
- Post an ad at ou EnterPRize Community at www.younoodle.com/groups/enterprize
- Attend one of our Kick-Off or Workshop
- Actively network, engage and recruit people from your own circle of contacts whether they be from your own industry, school, as well as friends and family contacts.
EnterPRize FORUM
The EnterPRize Forum, which is exclusively for registered users, provides a secure, private medium for connecting people and ideas. You will be able to post ads indicating either "Help wanted" or "Help available" notes in our FORUM. In addition, discussions of ideas and interaction between users are strongly encouraged.
